Web and ASP hotel
Since 1995 Artisan have offered its customers the opportunity to rent a website or application location at our server hotel. Our hosting services have primarily been offered to our customers who have bought the site or web application.
Artisan have always given priority to reliability and availability. Today we have a guaranteed uptime of 99.9 percent. That means we have less than 8 hours of interruptions per year. By having modern equipment, a good server room with high security and dual access lines for Internet, we can keep our promises.
Backup is run daily on all customer data. On the database servers backups are run at short intervals. Recovering files is made simple and secure. If there is a problem, we have our helpdesk that quickly takes care of technological matters and solve potential problems. Of course we supervise the system around the clock, seven days a week.
Our servers are placed in a secure computer hall at a location close to our office in Växjö. In addition to hosting services we can also offer you your own e-mail accounts. The normal term of notice is three months. The notice must be given in writing.
