Artisan Global Media is ISO 27001-certified
Artisan Global Media is certified according to ISO/IEC 27001:2014. This means that our information security management system fulfils the high requirements of the international standard.
ISO 27001 is an internationally recognized standard to show that we manage our information security systematically and that we protect our own and our customer’s data. The goal is that our customers know an even greater sense of security with our Data Center and the services we provide.
”To be ISO 27001-certified shows that we fulfill the very high information security standard regarding confidentiality, integrity and availability. This ISO-standard certification also makes it easier to show our customers that we live up to the laws and demands of the new data protection regulation, GDPR. The certificate applies to both the company operations and our Data Center”, says Sören Strömberg, COB at Artisan.
There is solid work behind being ISO-approved at all levels. First of all, it is about identifying and managing all types of information based on the pre-defined classification. You identify risks and take measures to minimize them, and also make sure to have both perimeter protection and technical protection against intrusions and threats.
“The certificate is a confirmation to our customers that our security work upholds a very high level. An audit is held once a year to monitor that we follow the routines. ISO 27001 is helping us conforming to GDPR. It is an important quality mark, which supports Artisan’s goal to have the most satisfied customers in the business”, says Sören Strömberg.
ISO is the International Standardisation Organisation with over 160 country members globally. In Sweden, the standardization is coordinated by SIS, Swedish Standards Institute. Find more information about ISO-certification here:
